1. Scope and acceptance of the contract


By registering, using the platform or electronically accepting these General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”), the customer declares that:


  • Completing the registration form in full and clicking the corresponding button constitutes a legally binding acceptance of the contract;
  • The subscription only becomes effective upon receipt of the confirmation email ("welcome email") sent by Your Feedback Solutions;
  • he has fully read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions as well as all attachments (privacy policy, cookie policy, etc.);
  • he expressly accepts the economic conditions;
  • He, in accordance with §§ 305c, 307 BGB, in particular the regulations concerning

3. Subject of the contract


These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between Your Feedback Solutions and the customer regarding the use of the platform and all related services.


Your Feedback Solutions is solely obligated to provide the technical platform, but not to guarantee any specific economic success or a specific number, quality, or rating level.


4. Description of the service


The service enables the customer in particular to:


  • Importing and displaying public reviews
  • sending rating requests via
  • E-mail
  • SMS and/or
  • WhatsApp
  • responding to reviews
  • managing the Google Business (Google Maps) profile
  • sharing reviews on social media
  • the display of selected ratings via widgets
  • the analysis and evaluation of assessment data


Your Feedback Solutions acts solely as a technical service provider and has no corporate or contractual relationship with Google.


5. Functionalities


The platform provides, among other things, the following functions:


  • Feedback-Manager
  • Management of activities and integrations
  • Sending rating links
  • Automations
  • Widgets (Karussell, Feed, Pop-up, Badge etc.)
  • Social-Sharing
  • Analysis and statistics functions
  • Managing your Google Business (Google Maps) profile


Your Feedback Solutions reserves the right to further develop or adapt features.


6. Customer responsibility for platform policies


Your Feedback Solutions provides a technical infrastructure available.

The customer is solely responsible for lawful use the platform.


The customer expressly acknowledges that:


  • Each review platform (e.g., Google, Facebook, TripAdvisor) has its own guidelines and terms of use;
  • certain procedures, in particular
  • filtering,
  • Prequalify or
  • Different forwarding of review requests (e.g., so-called "review gating")

which may be impermissible depending on the platform.


The customer is responsible for this:


  • to inform oneself about the applicable guidelines of the rating platforms used;
  • to decide which functions of the platform will be used, how and for which platform;
  • to configure the platform in such a way that no third-party guidelines, terms of use, or specifications are violated.


Your Feedback Solutions accepts no liability whatsoever for disadvantages or actions of third parties.

  • Closures,
  • Restrictions,
  • deletions or
  • Deactivations

of profiles or ratings (e.g. on Google) that are based on the customer's use or configuration of the platform.


The customer shall indemnify Your Feedback Solutions against all third-party claims arising from such use.



7. Access, trial period, free plan and registration


Your Feedback Solutions offers different usage models:


  • a free plan with limited features that can be used permanently free of charge and requires no payment details.
  • paid subscriptions with extended functionality


The customer can access the service via:


  • a free trial period or
  • the free plan

to use.


After the trial period, continued use of paid features requires registration and selection of a paid subscription.


The customer is obliged to:


  • to provide complete and accurate information;
  • Changes should be updated immediately.



8. Fees, duration and payment


  • The use of paid services is subject to the selected subscription;
  • The free plan is permanently free and requires no payment;
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the payment interval chosen during booking;
  • The subscription will automatically renew for the booked period (monthly or annually) unless cancelled in due time.



9. Contract duration and termination


  • The contract term depends on the chosen subscription (monthly or annual); the contract is automatically renewed for the respective term;
  • Termination is possible at any time at the end of the respective term.


The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected.



10. Customer Obligations


The customer undertakes in particular:


  • to use the platform only in accordance with the law;
  • not to spread misleading, illegal or defamatory content;
  • to avoid misuse (e.g. sending spam);
  • Keep login details secret.



11. Customer Liability


The customer is liable for all damages, disadvantages and expenses incurred by Your Feedback Solutions as a result of the customer's use of the platform not in accordance with the contract, abusively or in violation of these terms and conditions, legal regulations or third-party guidelines.


This applies in particular, but not exclusively, to damages caused by:


  • Sanctions, restrictions or measures by third-party platforms (e.g. Google, Meta),
  • Blocking or restricting servers, domains or IP addresses,
  • Blacklisting or reputational damage resulting from spamming or misuse,
  • increased infrastructure, support or recovery costs,
  • official measures or warnings.


The customer shall indemnify Your Feedback Solutions against all third-party claims arising from such improper or unlawful use and shall reimburse Your Feedback Solutions for all damages and expenses incurred as a result.



12. Intellectual Property


All rights to the software, the platform, the trademarks, texts, graphics and other content remain exclusively with Your Feedback Solutions.



13. Liability of Your Feedback Solutions


Your Feedback Solutions is only liable for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.


Liability for:


  • indirect damages,
  • lost profit,
  • reputational damage or
  • Third-party measures


is out of the question.

This applies in particular to damages incurred by Your Feedback Solutions as a result of improper, abusive or policy-violating use of the platform by the customer.



14. Data protection and confidentiality

15. Changes to the Terms and Conditions


Your Feedback Solutions reserves the right to change these terms and conditions.


Changes will be communicated to the customer in a timely manner.

If the customer continues to use the service, the changes are considered accepted.



16. Final Provisions


  • Should any provision of these terms and conditions be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid;
  • German law applies;
  • The place of jurisdiction is Düsseldorf.
